Your Package

Salary dependant on age and experience

Paid holidays (after qualifying period)

Minimum 30 Hours a week

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy Restaurant kitchen

Minimum NVQ level 2

Responsibilities

Planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen

Keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment’s notice

Supervising other kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef

General

Be flexible regarding working times & days (dependant on demand)

Weekend working essential

Be a team player and be able to offer new ideas and contribute to our frequently revised Menus
